in content, they are layers of ambiguous meaning from ‘notions’ that fall out when hypomanic
in execution, their brushstrokes evidence my unique painting-hand tremors, my ‘lithium signature’
in context, they document connections and applications of theories normally not otherwise made
visually, they reference the world’s leading conceptual text-based artists of the past century
substantively, they attempt to transcend those visual references to incorporate all of the above
